She has specialized in infrastructure and energy finance recruitment her entire career across private equity, investment banking and portfolio companies.
Previously, Victoria helped to launch front-office finance recruitment businesses at Spencer Ogden, Madison Hunt and Viridan Group, and was consistently a top producer.
Victoria holds a B.A. in Spanish and Communications from San Diego State University. She is based in the Los Angeles office and is fluent in Spanish.
