Victoria has specialized in infrastructure and energy finance recruitment throughout her career. She has a strong track record of placing professionals across private equity, investment banking, and portfolio companies at both the junior and senior levels across North America.
Previously, Victoria helped launch and build front office finance recruitment businesses at Spencer Ogden, Madison Hunt and Viridan Group, Madison Hunt, where she was consistently a top producer.
Based in Los Angeles, Victoria joined Infrassocs in 2026 to help bolster our continued growth.
Victoria holds a B.A. in Spanish and Communications from San Diego State University.
