Eleanor is a Recruitment Coordinator at Infrassocs, specialising in junior-level hiring across the infrastructure and energy sectors. She studied Applied (Clinical) Psychology at the University of Exeter and completed a placement with the NHS as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. In this role, she built strong communication skills and learned to perform effectively under pressure, experience she now brings to building connections with candidates and supporting a smooth recruitment process.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking and staying active through walking and running. She also loves to travel and explore new places, as well as spend time reading. These hobbies help her maintain a healthy balance, relax, and bring fresh perspective to her work.
